These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kaya68 ("Kaya68", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports-betting platform accessible at kaya68.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

To be eligible to open and maintain a Kaya68 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

2. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

Each player may hold only one active account at any time. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address used. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

Kaya68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, and FPX. Available methods may be updated from time to time without advance notice.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is RM30. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000, subject to the limits imposed by individual payment providers. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party or anonymous deposits are not accepted and will be returned where identifiable.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly overridden by specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria, if any, will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, and time window are specified within each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met using the player's own deposited funds where required, or bonus funds where permitted, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Kaya68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per promotion period unless otherwise stated.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting using bonus funds, or collusion between players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses over the applicable period and credited as bonus funds subject to any stated rollover requirement.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the Kaya68 Sportsbook and casino products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirmation, including selection, odds, stake amount, and market type (e.g., Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2).
• Kaya68 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on erroneous odds or prices resulting from a technical error, data feed fault, or human input error. Such voids will be accompanied by a full refund of the staked amount.
• For live betting events (in-play), the Company's decision on the settlement of markets following interruptions, score corrections, or event cancellations shall be final.

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

• Use the Kaya68 name, logo, or branding in any external context without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kaya68 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform due to technical failure, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or events outside the Company's reasonable control (including internet outages, telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events).
• Any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any losses sustained as a result of gambling — including but not limited to losses on casino games, sports bets, or any other wagering activity. You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss.
• Any third-party content, games, payment processing services, or linked platforms that may be accessible through or in connection with the Kaya68 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Kaya68's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, the Company's aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Kaya68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active account holders via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the Kaya68 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account.
